COMMUNITY - PILSNER - 5.0%

Winterized ruby colored IPA brewed with a touch of spicy rye and loaded with classic C hops to deliver loads of pine, resin and grapefruit flavors.
oryzae - koji pale ale - 5.4%
Brewed in collaboration with Jeremy Umansky of Larder Delicatessen for his Great Lakes focused James Beard dinner, koji inoculated rice and amazaki combine with a base of very light malts to create a unique apertif style beer that is remincent of an IPL meeting a dry rice saison.
